DogeFi does not take custody of user funds. You retain full control of your digital assets at all times.

All information provided through DogeFi is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with using the Services and making your own decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your wallet, private keys, and credentials

• Use compatible and secure wallet software

• Verify all transaction details before confirming them

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

DogeFi is not responsible for any losses resulting from user error, including but not limited to lost private keys, incorrect transactions, or unauthorized access.

5. Risks

By using DogeFi, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of blockchain technology and digital assets, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities

• Market volatility (even if relatively moderate)

• Liquidity fluctuations

• Regulatory uncertainty

• Network congestion or failures

You understand that these risks, while generally limited, may result in partial or total loss of funds.

6. Fees

Certain transactions on DogeFi may involve fees, including network (gas) fees and protocol-related charges. All fees are transparently displayed or embedded within the transaction process.

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting all fees prior to completing any transaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and materials related to DogeFi are the intellectual property of the project or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services

DogeFi may integrate with or provide links to third-party platforms, wallets, or services. These are provided for convenience only. DogeFi does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their performance or security.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogeFi and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, loss of data, or inability to access the platform.

10. No Guarantees

DogeFi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There are no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, security, or future availability of the Services.

11. Modifications to the Terms

DogeFi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using DogeFi at any time. DogeFi does not have the ability to restrict or terminate access to decentralized smart contracts but may limit access to associated interfaces or websites if necessary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Due to the decentralized nature of DogeFi, jurisdiction may vary depending on user location.
